What I want from Transition Long Ashton is to support and move beyond the stuff I'm doing as an individual to reduce my carbon footprint - the recycling, fruit and veg growing, solar panels and so on - and connect with people thinking the same way to do what we can to make the village a strong, sustainable community.

Food group news

The food group have two definite projects in the pipeline, both involving land to grow food on. North Somerset Transition meet-up

I've been in touch with Transition Winscombe and Transition Wrington, and we're talking about arranging to meet up and share experiences, in January. I think it'll be good to establish a networking relationship with them, and also the Pill group.

I recommend reading it at http://www.mailonsunday.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-1036513/Even-oilmen-believe-planet-burning-says-Full-Monty-writer-terrifying-TV-drama.html (so… Continue

Hello Bill,
well done on chairing the meeting tonight. It was difficult to progress through the agenda but I gues we're feeling our way into it at present.
